Ferrero Rocher® Raise A Rocher Sweepstakes 2026 

1. ELIGIBILITY: Ferrero Rocher Raise A Rocher Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and have a valid email account as of the date of entry ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees of Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, its promotion, advertising and internet agencies, including Administrator as defined below, prize suppliers, Marriott International, Inc., Ball Drop, LLC, (and their respective employees, directors, officers and agents) (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and each member of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Administrator’s server shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. Marriott International, Inc. and Ball Drop, LLC, are not sponsors or administrators of this sweepstakes.  

2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 3, 2026, and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period”) and is comprised of two (2) Phases (with each Phase consisting of four [4] entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) and, for Phase 1 only, a Grand Prize random drawing) as set forth in section 3 below. Eligible Entrants (each an "Entrant") may visit the website www.raisearocher.com or scan the QR code on specially marked promotional packs or displays and follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit the online entry form with all required information including name, email address, and confirmation of their compliance with these Official Rules. 

There is no purchase necessary to enter the Promotion. There are two (2) ways to enter, as described below: 

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter without a purchase: You may enter the Promotion without making a purchase by visiting www.raisearocher.com/amoe and following the on-screen instructions to register for the Sweepstakes by submitting all requested information. The URL may be subject to change throughout the course of the Promotion Period; if it is changed, Sponsor will advertise/publish the new URL to the general public in advance of such change. Should a person use any device or artifice to violate this entry limit, only the indicated number of entries will be accepted, and all other entries will be deemed void. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify a person from the Sweepstakes and void ALL of his/her/their entries if Sponsor/Administrator determine that such person has engaged in egregious, blatant or repeated violations of the entry limit. 

2. Enter with a purchase: You may enter the Promotion by purchasing an eligible Ferrero Rocher product from the list set forth in Exhibit A at any participating retailer (in-store or on-line) during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). You must visit https://www.raisearocher.com and follow the on-screen prompts, upload a single photograph** of your original Qualifying Purchase register receipt including store (or website) name, date of Qualifying Purchase with the Ferrero Rocher product purchased being clearly circled or marked (“Receipt”). If Receipt is approved by Administrator, for each Qualifying Purchase, you will receive one (1) entry (even if Receipt shows more than one [1] Qualifying Purchase.) 

**Photo must be in .JPEG, .JPG, .PNG, or .PDF, format and may not exceed 5MB. A Receipt may not be used more than once. Duplicate, altered Receipts, garbled/illegible/unreadable Receipts; Receipts that have been forged or tampered with in any way; or Receipts that have been obtained via unauthorized/illegitimate channels will not be accepted and will not result in entry. The submission of such irregular Receipts may also constitute tampering as per section 8 below.  

All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/2026, subject to the Entry Period deadlines for Phase 1 and Phase 2 as well as the Grand Prize random drawing deadline for Phase 1, as set forth in section 3 below. WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN A GRAND PRIZE, ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 P.M. ET ON 12/6/2026 AS GRAND PRIZES ARE ONLY OFFERED IN PHASE 1 OF THE SWEEPSTAKES. 

Limit one (1) entry per person per day (12:00:00 a.m. ET – 11:59:59 p.m. ET) regardless of entry method. Any violation of this entry limit, any use of automated/programmed methods of entry or third-party services to effect entry will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes and perhaps other legal sanctions (where permitted and available by law). Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for late, lost, garbled/undecipherable, inaccessible, blocked, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or invalid entries (including but not limited to Receipts for entries with purchase), which are void and will be disqualified.  

Potential Prize Winners will be selected and contacted via email by Administrator after each random drawing as per section 3 below. It is the potential winning Entrant’s sole responsibility to provide his/her correct email address and shipping address to be awarded a grand prize (each a “Grand Prize”) or secondary prize (“each a “Secondary Prize”). See section 4 below for notification and prize award procedure for potential Grand Prize Winners. Secondary Prize Winners should allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks (from date of applicable Entry Period random drawing, as set forth in section 3 below) to receive Secondary Prize provided that their eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules have been confirmed by Sponsor/Administrator.  

Entrants can enter via desktop computer or compatible mobile device. If you enter using a mobile device, entry may require data usage or incur data usage charges. Such charges may apply regardless of whether you are successful in entering the Sweepstakes. Check your mobile plan for rates/details. Wireless access may not be available in all areas. 

3. WINNER SELECTION  

Phase 1 - begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on November 3, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 6, 2026. Fifty-five (55) Secondary Prizes and (3) Grand Prizes available to be won.  

Phase 2 - begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on December 7, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026. Fifty-five (55) Secondary Prizes available to be won.  

WINNER SELECTION - RANDOM DRAWINGS. In each Phase, Winners will be selected via random drawing. There will be eight (8) random drawings for Secondary Prizes and one (1) random drawing for the Grand Prizes (see chart below). Each Entry Period random drawing will consist of all eligible entries received during that Entry Period and non-winning eligible entries received in preceding Entry Period(s). The Phase 1 Grand Prize random drawing will consist of all eligible entries received during the four (4) Entry Periods comprising Phase 1, regardless of whether (or not) a given entry was selected as a Winner of a Secondary Prize. Non-winning eligible entries from Phase 1 (that is, the Phase 1 Entry Period random drawings) will be retained for Phase 2. In all cases, the random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions (along with those of Sponsor) are final on all matters relating thereto. Odds of winning a Secondary Prize depends upon the number of Eligible Entries received for the applicable Entry Period random drawing including non-winning eligible entries received from preceding Entry Period(s) as applicable. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depends upon the number of Eligible Entries received for the Phase 1 Grand Prize Random drawing.

4. GRAND PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: All potential Grand Prize Winners must reply within 24 hours after being contacted by Administrator via e-mail at the e-mail address provided when entering. If potential Grand Prize Winner does not reply within this time frame, the Grand Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected (time permitting) from among remaining eligible entries received for the Phase 1 Grand Prize random drawing. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within 24 hours of notification, including consent to background check as a condition of Grand Prize award or the Grand Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected (time permitting) from among remaining eligible entries received for the Phase 1 Grand Prize random drawing.  

Sponsor reserves the right to condition award of Grand Prize upon the results of a background check of Winner and guest. (As discussed in Section 5 below, the Grand Prize is a trip for the Winner and a guest to New York City.) Winner and guest agree (a) to fully cooperate with the conduct of background check, including by providing any necessary consents or requested information/materials; (b) that Sponsor may refrain from awarding the Grand Prize to Winner or allowing guest to accompany Winner on Grand Prize trip (as applicable) if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that Winner/guest has previously engaged in any conduct that might disparage, defame or adversely affect the goodwill and business reputation of Sponsor or its Ferrero Rocher brand (for example, a felony or an act of moral turpitude) without liability or obligation of any kind; (c) Sponsor’s decisions with regard to the background check are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal; and (d) to waive any right to review or inspect the results of the background check or Sponsor’s evaluation of same.  

5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV):  

GRAND PRIZE: There will be a total of three (3) Grand Prizes offered. Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner (“Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York City (“Trip”) to attend the New Year’s Eve Gala Ball Drop event at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel in Times Square on 12/31/26. Winner and Guest will stay at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel. Trip will include round trip economy plus class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor), three (3) nights’ Ball Drop View Suite hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only), exclusive ground transportation to and from New York City area airport and New York Marriott Marquis Hotel **; tickets for admission to the New Year’s Eve Gala Ball Drop Event at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel (including Video DJ, 5 Hour Premium Open Bar with Buffet, Dessert Stations, and Late Night Snacks, Formal Attire / Black Tie Optional***), and a bank check or wire transfer in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) which the Winner may use to defray unspecified expenses in conjunction with acceptance and use of Grand Prize or otherwise. 

***Additional restrictions of Ball Drop, LLC and/or Marriott International, Inc. may apply to attendance of Grand Prize Winner and Guest at New Year’s Eve Gala Ball Drop Event. Such restrictions may include agreement of Grand Prize Winner and Guest to be recorded during their attendance at New Year’s Eve Gala Ball Drop Event; prohibition on Grand Prize Winner and Guest recording their attendance at New Year’s Eve Gala Ball Drop Event; required attire for attendance at New Year’s Eve Gala Ball Drop Event. It is the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner and Guest to advise Ball Drop, LLC or its designated representative of any dietary restrictions as to food/beverage options available at the New Year’s Eve Gala Ball Drop Event, with Sponsor making no representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind that Ball Drop, LLC or its designated representative will be able to accommodate any such request. Sponsor disclaims any and all liability in conjunction with food/beverage options available at the New Year’s Eve Gala Ball Drop Event.  

With regard to Open Bar at New Year’s Eve Gala Ball Drop Event: 

• Grand Prize Winner and Guest will only be served alcoholic beverages upon presentation of valid, government-issued photo identification establishing that they are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, to the satisfaction of server in their sole discretion, provided that server has not determined that Grand Prize Winner/Guest has already consumed too great a quantity of alcoholic beverages;
• If server refuses to supply alcoholic beverages to Grand Prize Winner or Guest for any reason, Sponsor and the other Released Parties will not have any liability under any legal theory;
• Grand Prize Winner and Guest acknowledge that the consumption of alcoholic beverages may have an adverse effect on their health (both short-term and long-term), and in electing to consume alcohol beverages, Grand Prize Winner and Guest knowingly accept such risks;
• Grand Prize may be cancelled at any time without liability to Released Parties if Sponsor determines Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest are acting in an inappropriate, anti-social or otherwise unacceptable manner relative to alcoholic beverage service and/or consumption (if such conduct is particularly egregious or blatant, perhaps without warning or prior notice);
• TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER WAIVER, RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK OR INDEMNITY CONTAINED HEREIN, GRAND PRIZE WINNER AND GUEST EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE ELEMENT OF THE GRAND PRIZE IS COMPLETELY VOULUNTARY. THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER AND GUEST ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE POSSESSION, CONSUMPTION OR EFFECTS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND AGREE TO RELEASE, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND THE OTHER RELEASED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART TO THE SERVICE, POSSESSION, CONSUMPTION OR USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION (i) PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH OR OTHER PHYSICAL, PHYSIOLOGICAL, OR EMOTIONAL HARM OF ANY KIND; (ii) PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE; (iii) ACTS OR OMISSIONS OCCURRING WHILE A GRAND PRIZE WINNER OR GUEST IS ALLEGED TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; (iv) TRANSPORTATION-RELATED INCIDENTS; AND (v) LIABILITY ARISING UNDER APPLICABLE DRAM SHOP, LIQUOR LIABILITY OR SIMILAR LAWS.  

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). 

Trip must occur from December 30, 2026 – January 2, 2027, or Grand Prize will be forfeited with no substitute prize element or compensation being awarded. Travel times and arrangements are subject to holiday air travel availability, and other prize and travel restrictions. Trip must be booked at least ten (10) days prior to intended departure date or within other such period specified by Sponsor/Administrator at time of notification. If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Grand Prize without Guest (or if Guest fails to timely sign and return a Liability Release and Publicity Release [where lawful]), such portion(s) of the Grand Prize will be awarded to Grand Prize Winner only. All elements of the Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure to attend the New Year’s Eve Gala Ball Drop Event and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Grand Prize Winner. Guest must also sign and return a Liability Release and Publicity Release (where lawful), prior to Grand Prize travel. ARV of Grand Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Grand Prize will not be awarded. Grand Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, etc.) are included in the Grand Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor. No airline miles, hotel reward points or other “perks” will be awarded in conjunction with Grand Prize. 

** If Grand Prize Winner lives within reasonable driving distance of New York City (as determined by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole discretion), air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Sponsor in their sole discretion; and, in such case, no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded. 

Secondary Prizes

Total ARV of Secondary Prizes is $2,900 

The Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for all prizes is $77,900 

A GIVEN PERSON/HOUSEHOLD/E-MAIL ADDRESS MAY ONLY WIN A MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE AND ONE (1) SECONDARY PRIZE.  

6. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes to be awarded "as is" and any and all warranties and/or guarantees (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturers'/suppliers’ terms; therefore, Winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer(s)/supplier(s) for any such warranty(s) and/or guarantee(s), if any. Without limitation, Ferrero Rocher product awarded is subject only to the warranties normally provided by Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. on its products. Any prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost or stolen Prizes, or any part thereof, or any issues arising out of or in connection with Winner's use of a Prize, or any part thereof. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the Prize. No prize transfer or cash redemption are permitted. (The preceding excludes the $2,000 element of Grand Prize.) No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a Prize (in whole or in part) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Except with Sponsor's written consent (which may be granted or withheld by Sponsor in its sole discretion, without liability of any kind), Prize must be accepted as awarded. As applicable, any stated difference between the approximate retail value and actual value of Prize (or any component thereof) or any substituted Prize (or any component thereof) will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses in connection with the Prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, all federal, state, or local taxes (as applicable) on the Prize and any additional costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize that are not described herein as being awarded. Grand Prize Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form reflecting the value of the Grand Prize and Secondary Prize (if any); Grand Prize Winner agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor and its representatives (including Administrator) with regard to Sponsor’s fulfillment of its obligation to report award of Prize(s) to Winner including by providing his/her Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number upon request. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded in any random drawing. Should there be a programming, production, technological, printing or other error of any kind resulting in more than the stated number of Prizes being awarded in any random drawing, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Prize claimants of the affected Prize(s) in the corresponding random drawing to award only the number of stated Prizes for such random drawing which have not already been awarded.) As applicable, Sponsor reserves the right to ship various Prize components separately.  

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties resulting from Entrant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes, or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Sweepstakes. No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Promotion: (a) hardware or software errors; (b) faulty computer, cable, satellite, network, cellular, electronic, Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; (c) errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless service providers, servers, hosts or other providers; (d) garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; (e) failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; (f) lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; (g) inaccessibility of the Website in whole or in part for any reason; (h) traffic congestion on the Internet or the Website; (i) unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized activity of any kind, tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; (j) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, delay in operation, transmission, distribution of, alteration of, any entry or the entry procedure, whether caused by the Entrant, or otherwise; (k) any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or otherwise; or (l) destruction of any aspect of the Promotion, or loss, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Promotion. The Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the uploading, the processing of Entries, the announcement of the Prizes or any Promotion-related materials or if Entrant provides false or incorrect information when entering, whether intentional or inadvertent. Use of Website is at user’s own risk. The Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury, death or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to Entrant’s, or any other person's computer, mobile device resulting from participation in the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes. 

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/GENERAL RULES: By entering, each Entrant agrees (a) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use in any manner (unless prohibited by law) Entrant's name, voice, city and state of residence, and photographs and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or promotion and/or any other purpose now or hereafter known anywhere in the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification to Entrant, or any third parties, except where prohibited by law; (b) to release the Released Parties from any and all liability and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to Entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to Entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of (i) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of Prize(s); (ii) participation in or administration of this Sweepstakes including but not limited to your access to and use of any Promotion related website and/or downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from any websites associated with the Sweepstakes; (iii) the exploitation of any of the rights granted herein; and (iv) any element of this Sweepstakes; (c) to assume all liability for any injury or damage related to (a) (i)-(iv); (d) to be bound by the Official Rules and the Administrator's/Sponsor’s decisions which are final; (e) to waive all rights to claim or collect direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages or losses of any kind; (f) that the Released Parties’ total liability for all damages, losses or causes of action will in no event exceed five dollars ($5); (g) that all causes of action relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (h) that any and all claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys' fees; and (i) that New York law shall apply exclusively to the Sweepstakes and that any dispute with respect to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the County of New York, State of New York, regardless of conflict of law/choice of law provisions of New York or any other jurisdiction.  

Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes (including but not limited to any attempt to defraud Sponsor or Administrator in conjunction with the implementation of the Sweepstakes) or whose conduct potentially compromised the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Administrator will be disqualified and all associated Sweepstakes entries will be void. Every submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the Entrant and repetitive, automated electronic submission of Sweepstakes entries is specifically disallowed. Use of automated entry software or programs is prohibited and entry through any such means is void. 

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (in whole or in part) if fraud, technical failures or errors, viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or any or other similar causes or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs or compromises the administration, security, integrity or fairness of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and limit entries for the applicable random drawing(s) to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to otherwise proceed (including making Prizes available) in such a manner as may be deemed fair, equitable and consistent with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled or terminated, notice will be posted online at www.raisearocher.com. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned. 

In the event a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive an entry, the entry will be deemed made by the "authorized email account holder" of the email address submitted on the online entry form. "Authorized email account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor/Administrator with proof that the Entrant is the authorized email account holder of the email address in question. Any damage made to any Sweepstakes-related website by an Entrant will be the responsibility of the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted on the online entry form that is associated with the damage in question. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor/Administrator. Sponsor/ Administrator reserve the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. If an Entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted (as set forth in Section 2 above) and/or if Sponsor and/or Administrator suspects that an Entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, user IDs, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the Entrant will be declared null and void. Again, voiding of entries shall not in any way represent the sole legal remedy available to Sponsor under such circumstances. Sponsor’s/Administrator’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. 

9. USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please review Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.ferrerorocher.com/us/en/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy. 

10. REQUEST FOR WINNERS' NAMES: For the names of the Winners (available after January 15, 2027), send a self-addressed stamped (#10) envelope to: Ferrero Rocher® Raise A Rocher Sweepstakes Winner, c/o Berlin Productions 4 International Dr., Suite 110 Rye Brook, NY 10573.
